2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • We will arrive within the agreed time window
  • Delays may occur due to traffic or weather

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected services
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept approved payment methods communicated at booking

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
  • Ensuring a safe working environment
  • Informing us of any sensitive areas, damage, or special instructions

6. Service Limitations

  • Some stains, scratches, or damages may not be fully removable
  • Results may vary depending on vehicle condition
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

7. Liability

  • We take great care while servicing your vehicle
  • Ryde N Shine is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Personal items left in the vehicle
    • Issues caused by undisclosed conditions

8. Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Ryde N Shine and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Changes to Terms
